Outings and Social Events

SWC presents a range of social activities offering support and networking opportunities to our members. These events help to alleviate the isolation and loneliness which often accompanies this disease. Events at our Center include: Movie Nights, seasonal parties, and other themed events.

SWC also organizes outings designed to improve the quality of life of our members. SWC has offered bowling trips, movie outings, a trip to the Pittsburgh Zoo, and amusement park trips to HIV+ members who have filled out and returned a Member Information Form and a Verification of Medical Care form (137 KB).
