Spiritual Life Programs

SWC has always included a gentle and nonsectarian spirituality as a part of our programs. Quarterly speakers offer a wide range of interfaith opportunities for personal spiritual growth. Interfaith Healing Services are periodically offered in partnership with area clergy and religious organizations. Pastoral counseling and funeral services have been a part of the wok of SWC throughout the years.

Support Groups

Positive People Support Group

• 1st and 3rd Fridays - 6:15 PM at the 1st United Methodist Church in the Parlor

Heterosexual Positive People Support Group

• 1st and 3rd Fridays - 6:15 PM at the 1st United Methodist Church in the Chapel

Support Group for Persons Affected by HIV/AIDS (family, friends, loved ones)

• 1st and 3rd Fridays - 6:15 PM at the 1st Methodist Church in the Library

All Support Groups are facilitated by staff from Persad Center.
